Origin:  Central Africa, Congo, Nsaka, Bandia or Mabo people    (Provenance:  Acquired from an old UK collection)

Period/Date: 19th C.   

Materials:  forged iron, animal hide and fiber

Description:  This "Y" form throwing knife has an etched blade and retains its original animal hide and fiber handgrip.   Presented on a custom bronze-tone display base.  In good condition with some tarnishing and oxidation.
