Description:  This impressively carved figural group with beautiful rich color features two Bontoc males wearing "oklop" hunters helmets.  The figure in the back has a relief-carved pectoral necklace.  The men were likely carrying a beheaded victim on a pole who would have been lashed to his own shield in a fetal position!  There is a glued mend to the left arm of the front figure and a natural crack to the side of the decorated base.  A high quality carving made by a accomplished artisan.
